These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LinksPlug, including the LinksPlug Sync application, members area, downloadable data, identified target lists, support, and related services offered through linksplug.com.

1. Service Overview

LinksPlug provides GSA Search Engine Ranker compatible identified target data. The service helps customers skip the scraping stage by supplying identified targets that can be used by customers to build their own verified lists inside GSA Search Engine Ranker.

LinksPlug does not sell guaranteed backlinks, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed indexing, guaranteed search visibility, or guaranteed submission success. GSA Search Engine Ranker is a third-party product and LinksPlug is not endorsed by, owned by, or affiliated with GSA Software.

2. Subscription Plans and Recurring Billing

LinksPlug may be sold through JVZoo as monthly, six-month, yearly, or other subscription access plans. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize recurring billing at the price and billing interval shown on the JVZoo order page until the subscription is cancelled.

Your JVZoo order page, receipt, and account area may contain additional billing, subscription, and cancellation information. If the billing terms shown on the JVZoo order page are different from this page, the order page terms for that specific purchase control.

3. Account Access and Delivery

Access is provided through your LinksPlug account and, where applicable, the LinksPlug Sync application. The Sync application checks membership status before downloading new target data. If your subscription is inactive, expired, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise not in good standing, new target delivery may stop automatically.

Because the service is delivered digitally and updated continuously, delivery timing, target volume, platform mix, and engine availability can change based on processing, filtering, infrastructure, third-party platform changes, and operational conditions.

4. Refund Policy

LinksPlug is a digital, continuously delivered data service. Unless a separate refund guarantee is clearly stated on the JVZoo order page for your specific purchase, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been activated or data has been delivered.

Duplicate billing, technical access problems that cannot be resolved, or other exceptional cases may be reviewed by support. Refund requests should be submitted through the LinksPlug support page with your purchase email, JVZoo transaction details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refunds, when approved, may result in immediate loss of access to the members area, Sync application downloads, and future target updates.

5. Cancellation

You are responsible for cancelling unwanted recurring subscriptions before the next billing date. Cancellation may be handled through JVZoo, your payment processor, or LinksPlug support depending on the purchase method. If you need help locating the correct cancellation path, contact support before the next billing date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LinksPlug responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, third-party platform rules, search engine policies, software license terms, and anti-spam regulations. You are solely responsible for how you configure GSA Search Engine Ranker, how you use any target data, and the consequences of your campaigns.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, leak, scrape, reverse engineer, or bulk transfer LinksPlug data or Sync application access unless you receive written permission from LinksPlug.

7. No Performance Guarantees

LinksPlug does not guarantee LPM, VPM, verified link counts, indexing, rankings, traffic, revenue, AI overview placement, LLM citations, or any specific SEO result. Target data is supplied as identified target data only. Customers must test, verify, filter, and use the data according to their own needs and risk tolerance.

8. Service Changes and Availability

LinksPlug may update, modify, pause, replace, or discontinue parts of the service, delivery method, application, membership area, target processing, or supported engines at any time. We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy and Communications

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, submitting a form, or requesting support, you may receive transactional messages about your account, delivery, access, support, and important service updates. Marketing emails should include a way to unsubscribe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinksPlug is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service, third-party tools, SEO campaigns, payment processors, software configuration, or platform policy changes.
