This policy describes data used to operate Links Plug at linksplug.com, its members area, support service and Windows Sync application. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected] or through our support page.

Information Used to Provide the Service

Account and support records may include your name, email address, account identifier, login credentials stored in protected form, messages and attachments you choose to provide, and the history of support requests.

Purchase and membership records include purchase email, transaction and product identifiers, payment status, subscription status, refunds and the dates through which access is paid. These records allow us to create or restore access, keep cancelled renewals active until the paid-through date, and stop new delivery after expiry or a refunded payment.

Sync activation and delivery use your membership email, activation information, device identifier, authorization tokens, and activity timestamps. Our web and delivery services may also record connection information such as IP addresses and request/error logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. The selected download folder and downloaded targets are stored on your computer. Stopping membership updates does not delete those files.

Payments, Hosting and Email

Checkout and billing are handled through JVZoo and the payment providers available at checkout. Review their privacy notices when purchasing. We use the purchase details they supply to manage your membership; do not send full card details or payment passwords to support.

Our hosting, account-management, support and email systems process information needed to run the service. Transactional email is delivered using Amazon Simple Email Service. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Third-party websites and software, including GSA Search Engine Ranker, have their own data practices.

Cookies and Affiliate Tracking

Login/session cookies support account sign-in and member access. Our sales pages include JVZoo buy-button tracking images for referral and sales attribution. Loading these images sends a request to JVZoo, which can receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Following an affiliate or checkout link may also involve cookies or other tracking managed by JVZoo.

You can manage cookies and external requests through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect login, checkout or affiliate attribution. This policy does not claim that all tracking is disabled.

How We Use and Protect Information

We use service records to deliver downloads, verify membership, reconcile payments, answer support requests, send account and billing notices, investigate misuse and maintain service reliability. The website and delivery API use HTTPS. Administrative access and delivery authorization restrict access to customer records and paid downloads; no online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account, billing, support and operational records as needed for the service, dispute handling, security and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Expired or refunded access is not the same as account deletion. Contact us for a review of the records we hold and any deletion request; some records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations.

Messages and Your Choices

Account setup, payment, renewal, cancellation, expiry, refund, security and essential delivery updates are service messages. Optional promotional messages should provide an opt-out. Unsubscribing from promotions does not by itself cancel a subscription or prevent essential account notices.

You may contact support to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on your location and applicable law.
